We celebrated Alan's birthday tonight, but I stayed home with Caedon who has the stomach flu. Guess what? I don't have any pictures, so I will just share some silly ones of Maddy.

Farewell October Hike

This past weekend we went up to the meadows across from Mt. Rose for our last chance fall hike. The  weather will turn cold soon and snow is in our future. It was a beautiful, sunny fall day. We found a lovely spot for lunch overlooking Lake Tahoe. Maddy wore her purple tutu in celebration of the day.
